Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders over $99 Australia-wide.
- Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2pm AEST (business days).
- Standard delivery: 2–7 business days depending on your location.
- Express delivery: 1–3 business days, available at checkout.
- All parcels are shipped from our Australian warehouse with tracking provided by email.
Adult signature may be required on delivery for age-restricted products.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right:
- Faulty or damaged items — contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund the item, including return postage, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
- Change of mind — unopened, unused products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is at your cost and a refund is issued once the item is received and inspected.
- Not returnable — for health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened e-liquids, used devices, coils, pods or any product with a broken hygiene seal, unless faulty.
How to lodge a return
- Email sales@vapemartaustralia.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Our team will respond within one business day with return instructions.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of the return being accepted.
